✦ Cancellations & No-Shows

• 48 Hours Notice → Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not be charged.
• Late Cancellations → Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations → Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

✦ Late Arrivals

If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Same-day / no-show fee (100%) will still apply.

✦ Lash Extension Fills

To qualify as a fill, at least 40% of your extensions must be intact at the time of your appointment. If less than 40% remains, a full set will be required.
